They require you to submit 3 mo. of your billing cycle with "paid in full" shown, but their rebate deadline is before your 3rd billing cycle. They give an impossible deadline to meet with the requirements they need to process your rebate claim. Even if you were to send in your rebate early it takes them 1 month to receive it into their system, by the time it's in their system it shows up past the deadline. They do not accept your claim if you send it in early, they will send a letter out 1 month later to tell you to resubmit your claim by the time you receive their letter it's already past the deadline. Bottom line, you will never get your rebate! Do not order from this place.
