Intelilease Sun Pacific Financial Clumpsy but effective Swindlers Irvine, California
Michael Pollastro, Graystone Bancor are some of the names to watch-out for.
These guys are just straight swindlers. They took my first month's deposit of $772.92 paid by check and was sent by FEDEX to their location.
They sent me a prepaid label with some fake lease documents ostensibly for leasing restaurant equipment.
Nevertheless, there were telling ripoff signs, for example; The initial document they sent me clearly stated "Lease Agreement" and yet they called to ask who is going to sign the lease agreement.
When I asked; what was it I just signed, the response was; a letter of intent.
Naturally, I tried to find the document from the email but couldn't and because I had already returned the documents in the fedex package without retaining copies, I could not readily confirm the document.
Why couldn't I retrieve the email attachment? They switched emails accounts; they used an Intelilease email account to send the documents and then the subsequent emails were from Sunpacific but with the same first name i.e. Michael.
If you are in a hurry or bogged down at work it will take some time to decipher the madness, because what happened to me was that I keep being distracted by work as I operate a one man operation.
The other thing was that, they tried to request more documents and get more information, that would be a prerequisite after they said the loan was approved - no doubt waiting on the check to clear. I did check ripoffreport.com but found nothing until now -posted after the fact.
