Just as the other 2 reporters, I subscribed to the trial for 4.95 and when it did not fix my problem I cancelled the trial offer and 8 days later was charged 49.95.
I started an email dialogue with the company on day 1 asking them to cancel my order and do not charge me the full price, after several emails they reluctantly agreed to forward my cancellation to the billing people. I was satisfied that i would not be charged because they had 6 days to prevent it.
8 days later they charged me anyway and caused a check to bounce, yes i live paycheck to paycheck which makes this travesty even worse. So I am out 79.95 total... 49.95 plus 30 bucks for a bounced check. DO NOT BUY THIS CRAPPY PRODUCT FROM A CRAPPY COMPANY! I would not use their product to line a bird cage. you have been warned!
Also the phone number to their corporate office is 951-371-8000 They moved to Corona California probably to make it harder to find them

The phone number i included is a different company that does telecom contracting. The guy was very polite and called me back and I apologized and if I needed a telecom contractor I would probably call them. His name was Andy Crum. Sorry Andy.
