Complaint Review: Intelius.com

Paid for a reverse phone lookup and received nothing I could use...in their sample report they showed that they would give a complete name and a street address...what I got was ONE name (first? last?) and a city, which I already knew...no help at all.

When I wrote (4 times!) and asked for an explanation, I got no response at all...they are dishonest and won't even bother with the courtesy of a reply to my questions...bad business...
