Complaint Review: Intelius

Intelius.com claims to be the largest and most accurate public records source. However, when I ran a background check on an individual who was just released from prison that I know was arrested for drug charges and a DUI, no information was found. The company refuses to acknowledge my complaint, provide the info I requested, or refund my purchse money.

This company is the worst of it's kind. How dare they claim to be the best yet can't provide a shred of information, this is the service they are supposed to provide isn't it? It's too bad a company can't just do what they are paid to do.

Thank you for your sevice and giving me this medium to vent and warn others of shabby service.
