Intelius Fraud not deliver report no refund ripoff Bellevue Washington
Ordered a phone report. Web site says that report is delevired upon payment. Paid with credit card. Report title and order number appaer in web site but there is absolutely no way to view report. Called and operator said it might take up to 72hrs for report. This is contary to website statement that report would be available immediately. Asked for refund. Lady said she preocessed the refund, however refun never appeared on my credit card.
FRAUD! There are NO reports or info to buy, just a hook to get your money. Promised report never arrives. Refunds not given.
Good luck. Probaby the only source of info they have is their own customer base. Beware entering personal info on their website! That info will be sold.
