Complaint Review: Intelius

Just another customer who used Intelius one time to retrieve e-mail addresses on a lost friend. Paid $1.95 for this service. Now noticing monthly recurring charge of $19.95. I did not sign up for this, and never even received a receipt (which would have alerted me to the problem much sooner). Requested refund for 3 months today (2/3/09) via e-mail because no one ever picks up on their 877 number. I will cancel my card thanks to the input on this site.
