Me and my mom went on intelius.com to investigate someone who was getting close to my dad. We were under the impression it was a one time fee, in order to view the information online,but boy we were wrong.
They automatically sign you up for At Home Rewards+ so they can debit your card monthly without realizing it. At home rewards plus was charging my account $19.95 for something I never enrolled in. And now Intelius subscription is taking out $38.00 dollars from my mothers debit card on a monthly basis. We feel cheated, and lied to in by Intelius, which is probably run by some of the smartest scam artists out there. I hope someone has the guts to sue these bastards who dont have a heart in federal court, and have someone pay for all the turmoil caused by using their intelius website only once.
