Intelius ripoff Did not deliver the information they collected $44.96. They also refuse to refund the money, although they advertize if no result, no pay. Internet
On January 10 I paid $44.96 for background report. This included 1 year club membership and people search The membership entitles me to enter they webpage and if I need a report I get 10% discount. Intelius advertizes free person search
The only data I received for this money was what I supplied to Intelius.When I asked for my money to be refunded, they denied it.
On the phone search page Intelius has a statement "Purchase guarantee: No results-No charge"
Every other company if they can not deliver a product would refund the money paid. Not these so called search companies. The exception to this is Net Detective.
