Intelius There voucher for second report will not work. Internet

I purchased a report from this company. It included a voucher for a free second report.

However when I tried to use it. Thier website would not let me sign in. It kept showing a please enter password error. 

I called them to report this. I tried all of thier suggestions to fix this issue. None of them worked. 

Called them again and asked for refund. They refused and hung up on me. Please everyone. Understand. They can keep getting away with this because of foolish people like me who did not check on them first. They do not even belong to the BBB.

Do not waste your money. It is legalized theft.
