I went to Intellichoice Mortgage services to help me with a loan modification. They said that they could help me. They also promised me that if by some chance they couldn't help that they would refund me my $3000 down payment. It was guarnteed and I have it in writing. Well, they were unable to help me and now they told me that they dont have the money to pay me back that it would be a while. It's going on 4 months. No one returns my calls and when I do get through they take messages because the people that im looking for are busy with another client. So I decided to drive down to there place of business and they moved their office the day before I got there and now I dont know what to do . They are crooks. They also have an office in Phoneix Arizona and now they dont answer their phones either. Not to mention this is there corporate office. Some company . scam artists is what they are. they pray on people that are just looking for help.
