They make more money if you sign up, then cancel (cancellation fees, etc). I started off with an open mind, even though I have seen a great deal of negative comments on the internet in regards to Intelliflix. They didn't ship any games over a 2 month period, yet I was being charged a higher rate that is supposed to include games. Shipping took about a week in each direction. Sometimes you have to prompt them to ship out movies. You never know what movie you are going to get, usually toward the bottom of the queue. Customer service is a JOKE. It is email based, and every time you reply you have to start over with a new person. I found a phone number and used that a few times. I've been hung up on, spoken rudely to, and been sent in circles. Very unsatisfying experience. Do not do business with these people.
