Intelliloan Misleading Horrible Service Nationwide
I had an absolute horrid experience with Intelliloan. They called me for two years telling how they would be able to secure a re-fi by accessing funds from my IRA (I am now 59 1/2). Those funds could be used to show income thus qualifying me for the loan. It was a crock and totally not accurate. A real bait and switch.
I shared my financial situation with an advisor who also convinced me the loan could still be done. After hours of gathering documentation and back and forth with the advisor over several weeks, I can get no answers from this company. I have left messages, sent emails and spoke with an underwriter. The lack of follow-up and professionalism was really surprising. My strong recommendation is to look else where for a mortgage or a loan.
