Versus the "free" reverse phone look-up services out there that charge 99 cents to $1.49 to $4.99, I used Intellius to skip-trace an address. All I was given was the name I already had, unless I wanted to "add-on"...
They offered a $4 discount at 99 cents, so I took it for 99 cents but was invoiced for $4.99 which is a ripoff and a fraudulant practice of sucking you dry after you give them your credit card info.
Is it worth $4 to get my $4 back? Doubtful anyone else would fight for $4 either, hense the rip-off again.
