ON NOVEMBER 22,2006, I received a check in the amount of $1995.00 to cover taxes for a free lottery that i won. From The Desk of The Regional Coordinator Free Lotto Promotion Program. Author 79 7765 Amsterdam,Netherlands. signator angela thompson"presidente". it's a scam.
