Complaint Review: INTER NATIONAL PRODUCT REGISTRY - 5STAROUTLET - CROWN IMPERIAL

I HAD HEARD ABOUT THIS COMPANIES THROUGH
WWW.FREELOTTO.COM.INITIALLY I HAD GET REGISTERED WITH THIS WEB.I HAD STARTED TO RECIEVING MAILS FROM offers@freelotto.com stating that:
Uma Mahesh BOGYAM, you have been selected to be among the few individuals from in who are guaranteed to receive US $2,741.88 or a 61" Sony Big Screen TV, or one of the other items as listed.

Your package has already been prioritized for immediate shipment and will be sent to the address below, (please ensure this is correct):

SO with ref to MAIL I had done tarnsaction through internet on one day at only once but with out my presence Some other transactions were done on follwing dates.

23-08-05,13-09-05&20-09-05

In above mentioned date only on 23-08-05 I had done an internet transaction towards 5staroutlet.com(an inter national product registry).

But twice on 13/09/05&20/09/05 with out my presence(involvement) transactions were done. I don't know how it had happened. After this i had recieved a duplicate Jewelery item from them.

I want to complain on these. I am putting address of concern's:

email us at tucustomerservice@5staroutlet.com.

They having these kind of addresses. They definitely
fraudulent.

Please take necessary action on this complaint. Because
of this incident I had put a request for for My BANK TO BLOCK MY card.

Please help me one & all to take action on these. Please let me know how to complain on these.
