Complaint Review: Interachat

Interachat Sex Messenger They refuse to give me a refund after I found out that the site displayed false advertising and charging me more that what I noticed on Google search. Instead of charging the announced $19.95 monthly fee, I was charged $104 Canadian for two months. This is NOT RIGHT!! Internet

I joined an adult chat website called "SexMessenger", and was looking for a "free trial", which it did not indicate anywhere on the site, nor did it even display any prices per month. I Googled the website, and saw that it charged $19.95 per month, so I was okay with that, so I went ahead and decided to give it a try for a month, but when I received an email telling me what I was charged, I flipped!! They charged me $103 on my Master Card and i was extremely disappointed and upset about these charges.
 
   This prompted me to write the website displaying my concern and disappointment about the charges, and this is how it went. I copied and pasted the correspondance.

     They responded with this:

We inform you that you subscribed to a 30 minutes free offer then to a 2 months subscription for 98 CAD.
According to the general terms and conditions your free trial was renewed into a 2 months subscription at the end of the first 30 minutes.
If you did not want to pay the 98 CAD you should have canceled your subscription during or at the end of the 30 free minutes.

If you want a refund please confirm that you haven't already rejected the paiement at your bank and that your credit card is still valid.

Also please give us your full name and your phone number.
