Your container was paid in full at origin and since it was a port to port service if there was any issue at the destination was not the Company's responsability.
I would like to take the opportunity to clarify that Interact Moving Services California was a Corporation with 3 owners with equal responsabilities. So if you have a complaint do it against the Company not to an individual.
