Beware if you dicide to do bussiness with any of these companies, mainly pacific guard warranty. (current)

They will hire anybody off the street to sell their warranty. Not only do they charge people way more than the actual retail price, but the people they have working for them will scare you. One gal who is currently employed with them is an ex-con. She is currently on probation, she is now employed with pacific guard warranty incorporated sales company. She is one of the ones who will be getting all your personal information over the phone, including your creditcard numbers. another guy cant even vote for presidency because he too has a felony. Most of the reps dont even have vehicles to get to work and back, they thrive on others to get there. Some come to work in their slippers, and some have jail tatoos. The company pays for leads to find you. once you are found, they will heavily convince you that you need their service.

The reps in the office, all work on commission. they are given a script with a so-called authorization department (which is another person in the office who will get on the phone to push the urgency that you buy the warranty today. They claim they are final promotions. (there isnt any!) They claim, your warranty on your car will expire and nobody else will accept you (that is not true, because they take in "any" vehicle that has never had warranty.)

You lose by possibly having identity theft, you lose your enrollment fees, you lose your precious time wasting it with them. You lose allot of money! You lose trust with other companies which isn't fair.

it's a very small company who works with a larger company to get extra sales. The products they sell, usually arent what they seem or you were convinced about. like family care discount medical center is a complete ripoff. You are better off, not having insurance at all!

Shame

It's a real shame these people are still in business. Soon enough they will be shut down I'm sure. I got another piece of their crappy junk mail again in the mail telling me my warranty has expired let alone I continue to receive their annoying solliciting telemarketing calls.

You are very brave phylis admitting you worked for these crooks. I'd be ashamed to admit it. They cannot stay in business no longer than a year each business they've had I see. There's a red flag right there to consumers. Wonder who they will be next year? Let's see medical, debt, and warranty. hmmmm ALERT Alert to Consumers!

At least some consumers can google pacific Guard Warranty and the first thing they see is this site. so cool. There's another thread here called Who The Hell are they, and one other ex employee or should I say Ex con responded for them. LOL

Glad you got out of that hell hole. All they do is scam people.Take care.

Totally Crooked Owners/So-Called Expert Reps!

I worked for Interactive Leaders for a short time. The owners, Christian and Doug preferred uncaring, rude, no class type people to serve as reps.
I would overhear some of the guys telling people out right lies to get them to fax back their consumer credit counseling application that day or else one of the "slots" for candidacy could be lost forever. Not likely, the more applications we got back signed and paid for, the better for the owners and us, I'm sorry to say. We did give out our direct numbers and there were so many upset people with the program. It was a debt consolidation type marketing group. A lot of people would simply stop answering their phones (we had voice mail) because everyone was dissatisfied.
NEVER DO BUSINESS OVER THE TELEPHONE OR INTERNET, especially if it was unsolicited by you.
