If you are a publisher with Interactive Offers BEWARE! Interactive Offers is as crooked as they come as an ad network and you will be lucky if you get paid for traffic you send after you are approved. I made the mistake of trying this unknown network and was not paid for the traffic I sent and had my account closed.
I was able to find at least 1 other person with a similar experience to mine (publisher not being paid).
