I initially thought I was only going to be billed for a lifetime membership of only $28.70. I looked carefully at all the choices and made sure I had selected the right buttons that should have been selected for a life time membership to FREE-SATELLITE-NETWORK.com I clicked the NEXT button and went to a page where I was supposed to fill out my information for my payment. At no time there did I see any extra money added to my bill.Once I clicked on the button to process my transaction it told me that it was complete and then I saw the final outcome of my transaction totaled $57.70. Some how extra money was charged to my credit card that I did not authorize.

Their site said it was a 7 day money back guarantee so I never even agreed to the terms of use for their software installation nor did I download their software. I have sent an email to their customer service asking for a complete refund and I also told them I was filing a report here. Only time will tell now if they do the right thing or not.

They returned $37.70 they refused to send the other $20.00 due to their set up fees and their account cancellation. Oh well live and learn, at least I got most of my money back.

I do NOT want to do any business with a company that steals money from it's customers. I do NOT agree with your terms of usage and I have NOT downloaded the software and I want ALL of my money refunded now. Here is a screen shot showing you exactly what I thought I was paying for the services.

It hasn't even been 1 full day and according to your add when I signed up it's a 7 DAYS Money Back guarantee. How about just honoring what you advertise and refunding me all of my money.

1. Was there an error in your billing? YES! You overcharged the *heck* out of my account! If you looked at the freaking screen shots I sent you links to then it would be obvious.

2. Were you able to download the software and/or access the member website? No! I refuse to use your service because I do not agree with your terms of use policy.

3. What is the principal reason for your cancellation request? I refuse to do business with any place that operates with "shady fraudulent intentions or undisclosed hidden fees."

You simply need to REFUND me the MONEY I am telling you that after reading the terms of use policy that you all have and seeing the price that you over charged me. I decided that I do not agree with your terms of use *policy* therefore I never clicked on the check box stating that I read the terms of use and that by downloading and installing the software I agree to those terms. I never downloaded it and I refuse to download it because I do not agree with the price you charged my credit card and I also do not agree with your terms of use *policy*. Therefore you have not delivered the product to me and I refuse to accept anything other then a refund of my money. If you do not refund the money to me I will seek legal action against your company. I have already reported your service to www.RIPOFFREPORT.COM I am trying to give you the opportunity to correct your wrong doings. I strongly suggest that you do the right thing and refund all of my money to me. You always say I can contact you via phone well you never send the phone number.

Originally as you can see in this screen shot (Link removed)the total amount was $27.80

After entering my credit card information and completing "that part of the transaction" my receipt for the transaction showed a total price of $57.70. That is much more then $28.70 like I thought I was paying. My receipt here

I want a full refund of my total of $57.70 that you fraudulently are steeling from me. You even advertise a 7 day money back guarantee. As soon as I saw the amount was much higher then $28.70 I decided right then and there that I would not agree to the terms of use so I did not click on the check box stating that I accepted. I also did not download the software into my computer for fear of some form of virus or key logger. I will not accept any software nor install any software willingly into my computer that is from your company. If you send me an email address I can send you the unedited screen shots that will show you all the correct transaction numbers and such. Since my (Link removed) is public I erased my personal data to protect myself. I am serious about wanting a full refund. What has happened here is a violation of the law.

If you do not refund the total of $57.70 to me I will seek legal actions against your company both criminally and civilly. Trust me I could use the extra money that winning a case against your company civilly would provide me and someone would have a huge fine and jail time for fraud too.

Cancel my account please. Close out my account please. I do not want your services since I discovered your fraudulent way of doing business. It has been less then 7 days and the sign on the web site states "7 Days money back guarantee".

Also please tell me the full name and mailing address of the person in charge up there along with a contact phone number. I need this information to put down on my Electronics Funds Transfer Act violation of Federal law reporting form. It will save time on their investigation of this crime. After which, I will request a copy of their finding's and then contact my Lawyer and we shall go after him/her civilly. I am not playing games with you as, you seem to be with me. I am also going to report this incident to my State Consumer Affairs Office. They too will also be looking into this fraud.
