Complaint Review: Interceptor towing

I woke up around 12:50 to loud noises out in the parking lot of my apt so happens to be a towing company was towing a car. Out of curiosity i went to check on my vehicle and noticed it was gone. My apartment management requires all residents to have a parking permit. Tow company claimed my permit was not viewable on dashboard, cost me $270 to get it out. Without Warning!! What will happen to vistors such as family or friends visiting over night. ? ....
