Their hours are supposed to be 6 a.m.-6 p.m., but don't ever expect to talk to anyone, except their receptionist, who makes excuses all day long that no one is available.  Sounds like a one or two-man operation run out of a bunker.  Or maybe they're just all vaped out. Either way, if this is the way they act before they take your money, you can imagine the shabby way you'll be treated after they have your money in their pockets.  Best to find out now.  Go with another provider, but absolutely STAY AWAY from Intercloud9.

This individual called before business hours and was upset no one was available to speak with him at the time. He neither paid for or received any service from interCloud9 as he even attested too in his review, so how was he rippedoff?

More factual Vin from My Medicare and You of Florida was denied service on our network for fraud prevention.

After Vin was advised of our business hours our receptionist requested his information for an agent to contact him back. Shortly thereafter it was realized Vin wanted to use our services for illegally marketing to elderly people of Medicare services. We strongly oppose any illegal activity on our network and look forward to a working business relationship with legitimate individuals and or organizations.

If you are an elderly person or know someone who is. We hope to earn your business as an advocate for the elderly as they have been through enough predatory sales tactics in there life.
