Complaint Review: Intercontinental Jewelers

Intercontinental Jewelers is supposed to offer "high quality loose diamonds, diamond jewelery, and diamond engagement rings at wholesale price to the public", by by "wholesale price" they mean "wholesale crap".  The customer service is terrible, the staff is just about senile, but they will tell you anything for a sale - and then swap out the diamonds for ones of lesser quality!!!

Do not buy engagement rings here either, they pull the same crap just worse because they won't refund you.  Luckily my credit card company saved me from being completely burned.

Intercontinental Jewelers in Houston: you're completely useless.
