Complaint Review: Interior Design Institue Of Newport Beach CA

Yes, that's exactly what this school is a "RippOff". I signed up just for the Certificate and after I completed that they (the teachers, finance person) talked me into getting my "AA Degree" then after that was completed the "BA Degree" and I completed both. But, at Graduation I was expecting to receive my Degrees, Well, I didn't get anything, Not Even my Certificate.

I asked whats going on where is my Degrees...and was told by the Dean: Oh, you must go back to your Jr. College and get your General Classes out of the way and you will get them. WHAT?! I was so mad, I told her if I was told I would have to have this done before I could continue with an AA or BA Degree, I would have never taken the classes. I don't have that kind of money.

At that time a mother of two little girls and a big student loan to pay back I'm up the creek without a paddle if you catch my drift. I'm an American Indian, and that does'nt even due me any good...can't get help from anyone.

I can't even get a job in this field because I have nothing to prove I went to school there let alone Graduated with a BA Degree. What can I do?????

Terrible,Terrible School. I didn't even get my "Certificate". This school should be ashamed of themselves.

No Degree I shouldn't have to pay my student loan back...the school should pay back the money they stole for my education they kept.
