Bad service from this company, ordered window coverings last week of September, this is the third week of February and no installation date in sight. Victor left on holidays sometime in October, said all would be arranged when he got back. Then I had to re-order fabric as that stock was no longer available so I'm thinking Victor is working with outdated samples. Got a "courtesy" call third week of January, something about February 3rd but since it didn't say they were coming to install that date I erased the message out of frustration. Feb 10 called to find out Victor is away and will deal with my order when he returns. Do not order anything from this company - I was promised delivery within weeks. It's now been __ weeks. I don't have a calendar handy that goes back to September. There are several other good furniture/accessory stores in Calgary. Take a pass on this one unless you have months (a year) to wait.
