Complaint Review: Interiors By Erve'

ervin bates is a interior decorator who i paid to purchse lighting fixtures for my home as well as custom made rugs. i gave him two checks; one for $300 & another for $600. we picked out the fixtures & he had them delivered to his warehouse where the shipping was supposedly cheaper. he was to bring them to be installed after my home was decorated. as for the rugs he alwas had an excuse. this went on for several months; basically play phone tag. and then suddenly i couldn't reach him his voicemail was deactivted & his assistant could only say he was out of town & she would convey my messages. when i attempted to report him to the bbb they also were unable to contact him. so, basically i'm out of $ 900. i don't know what else to do to get my money. he owns the interior design business.
