Complaint Review: International Academey of Design & Technology

The International Academy of Design and Technology (IADT) Orlando is a horrible school from its false advertisements, to its faulty website and finally its weakly built so called learning facility, education and staff.

I wasted two years in this school. I was going for " Game Design & Production" started in 2009 was going to graduate 2012 left 2011. I owe $32.000 in loans for total bs but it was my fault for not doing the proper research. I wanted to share my view on various aspects of this school so that you don't make this same mistake. My information stems from a mix of personal experience and light research and digging.

This schools location is in the center of a low-income living area its cheaply made TV advertisements are targeted towards high school graduates and dead beats sitting at home scratching there a*s. IADT advertisements gives its viewers, false hope and states, upon graduation a job will be found in few months.

Let's move on to its poorly built website.The IADT website is shady..why are there no images of the faculties? Why are the testimonial's fake? Why don't the advertisements portray the schools real image? If this school is so good, then where are its awards?

IADT Orlando is a small two floor building located at 6039 South Rio Grande Avenue Orlando, FL 32809. Worst areas in the first floor are the break/game and the computer lab. the break room which is always swarmed by you-gay-O card players, can't forget the crappy eating area. am not even going to describe upstairs but the only thing I will mention is its horrible library book selection and its lack in computer hardware.

The education standard in this school is very low and so is the motivation of students. Most teachers in this school only have certificates which means that lessons and homework's aren't challenging. Basic software skills aren't taught here there self taught. "Hey wanna learn some Photoshop tricks?" Yeah sure!! "Well find some on google" this lack of care in education only leads to a breed of failing students.

In all this so called "school" is a huge money sucking leech along with Sal Mae...but Sal Mae isn't just a southern country girl she's more like a uptown gold-digging w***e. I attend this school for two years I wasted my time and now I owe $32,000 in loans. IADT isn't the only fake school around, there are more and if you check out the video links below you will find a number of fake schools. I hope this review helps a number of people in there decision on attending this school.
