Complaint Review: International Academy Of Design & Technology

When I thought I was ready to go to school the supposedly school I chose was IADT...That was my BIGGEST mistake I have ever made in my life! I was attending there for 2 years and every time I applied for tuition they told me i needed more money. So I pulled a private loan and kept doing so until I heard that the school was accredited. I drew a petition questioning their accreditation and they expelled me that very day, no questions.

While they were doing this I asked my own "advisor" what kind of accreditation they held and he responded, "we are Nationally accredited", and as I was being escorted to the "financial Chairpersons office" by another advisor, I asked him what kind of accreditdation they had and he replied, "No we're not Nationally accredited we are State wide accredited". I get to the Financial office and Asked her yet again what kind of accreditation that they held and SHE said, "NO we're not State wide accredited we are nationally accredited". COME ON PEOPLE which is it???

once expelled I went to Collumbia College and NONE of my major courses transferred. I was soo mad and now because of IADT, I cannot finish my BA from collumbia because my federal loans are maxed out due to IADT's falseifying their accredation to the unsuspection student that only wants to get a honest education! Please Do not Trust them. I have several friends that got a supposed BA from them and cant even get into the feild that they went to this school for! I am wanting to sue them but dont know where to begin. Please help me anybody.
