I received an official looking mailing, with Form 1080 and letter from International Award Payment Center on Aug. 14, 2014.
It stated that contingent upon my valid qualifing entry and pending determination as the winner with the top score in the final round of this competition known as IAPC Blue Series XI, I shall be awarded the sum of $15,000.
I as to sign the Form 1080, answer the silly question and return it with a $9 fee. What a rip-off.
Is this not considered mail fraud? I hope these people land in jail!!
