This company and this person open in 2003 a company or university that recruit a marketing force to develop different programs like :

(1)Debt and mortgage elimination program(cost $1995-now $3750)= actually they have around 3000 clients in Puerto Rico and USA. The program establish that in a time frame of 3 to 6 months all their debts are cancel. ACTUALLY SINCE 2003 NO ONE DEBTS HAS BEEN CANCEL. THEY STILL PROMOTTING THIS PROGRAM.

(2)Liberty Dollar Siver Coins = They promote this coin(a legally private coin markett by Liberty Dollar in USA) but in Puerto Rico, they merchant this coin in a different way that the Liberty Dollar Organization do in USA. First actually at Liberty Dollr Org. do not show the purchases of RCO at the web records because Pacheco promotes that the purchase money of the coin need to be deposit at a Doral bank Account. Then he delay the delivery of the coins to the purchases to finance the individual sell of the coin around the island, New York and others.

(3) Donation program = The marketing force need to donate from $400. to $3,000. send CASH by mail to an address in USA. The IBR'S (marketting force name), they going to receive commission for their downloads. THE FBI CLOSE THE OFFICE IN USA 2 months later. 50 to 60 persons where scam.

(4) CMI Program = The marketting force need to purchase coins and find 6 people to earn $10,000. Mr. Pacheco, explain the program wrong and around 200 person lose their money. (Concept marketting Fire Mr. Pacheco, from their program due to a lot of complaints of customers or students?

(5)$100. gas gift card = program to enroll 2 people and get a $100. gas card. Purpose, establish a new marketing force because he lose a lot of people because the company and his fraudulant practices.

(6)Selling of a green coins box (300 coins) overpricing from $2000 to $3,000.

(7) Other programs: Home for everyone , Academy of the Seas, Cash Flow, FX training (forex exchange market by internet)= At the last one Pacheco, lie saying that his daughter won around $7,000. in a transaction. But she was not at active account chart.

(8) Pacheco, has a powerfull way to convince people to speach and thru GOD and Patriotic words = Own profit.

(9)Pacheco and I.B.G.A do not inform their profits to the goverment and do not have the required city stae and other permits.

(10)ALSO, they have programs named REAL MONEY.
PLEASE, DO NOT BELIEVE TO THIS PERSON, THEIR FAMILIES, EMPLOYEES OR HIS DAUGHTER: ms. LEIDA PACHECO AND MAYRA PACHECO.
