I also invested in a distributership with this comapany. In July I signed the paper work and sent in my $7,500. I thought it was interesting that there was no mention of the other distributers in the area. I called the placement company (Norwood Group) they had a guy do the placements when I went to do the inspections, most of the places had no idea what I was talking about.

I waited until September for my candles. It was september when I called Johnny and asked why the candles I received were all fall scents, none of them were labeled with scents and there was no pricing information. He sent out the information and I set up 8 locations (a long ardous process of repeated calls to my placement person) with my 1900 candles since that is about all that I could provive proper logistics for.

I then called the company back in October and stated that none of the candles on the "summer" reorder form matched the candles I had. How was I supposed to replenish? He sent me an email with the candles in stock. Finally the "E-Commerce site opened" and those candles did not match what I had or what the "summer" reorder form had.

I mentioned this to ol' Johnny and I brought it up to the Ops manager and I was told that the line I had was strictly fall and I needed to purchase the main line. Time passed and very few candles sold. the aromatherapy line was a one time thing and all of the candles are spotty with regaurds to scent (some have it some don't) and the mist are just hideous.

In November I got my first Mr. Tooth email. The candles did not do well, but were better at 50% off. Recently, I wanted to set up a brosure to do a fundraiser for the school. I went on to the site to the so called support section. The Catolog had different candles from the ordering site and the order form was still "summer" the ebusiness site did not have complete information did not list scents (assorted), did not have number of candles in case, etc. For the last 5 weeks no answers to emails, no answers to phones (I called everybody). Both Johnny and Leah's voicemails are full and now I see all this.

I am not happy. I definately want to be a part of whatever the distributers become a party too.
