I was looking on wral.com under the classifieds ad at dogs and ran across an ad for a female teacup yorkie puppy. I emailed to ask and find out more information about the puppy and situation. A woman who went by the name of Lily Clara emailed me back and told she had a male and female, were well socialized, loves playing with children, have proper veterinary check ups, and potty trained. Both puppies were also AKC registered.  The reason she was giving these puppies away for Free adoption was because she recently posted in London, KY for work. The apartment that she moved into did not allow pets. She said the transportation fee of one puppy is $180.00 and for both puppies is $300.00. The puppies were for free adoption that all I had to do was just pay for their shipping to my home, the shipping fee is paid directly to the shipping company, so all she had to do is was drop the puupy with the shipping company and they will then contact you with all information. She also said that each puppy comes with the following: a puppy pack with food, coupons, toys, a snuggly blanket from home with the scent of their litter and mom, and a scrapbook of their first weeks of life.

The next day she sent me an email saying she had registed the dog. Not long after I received an email on my phone From: venture pets. It was the International Cargo Movers. The website listed key benefits, capabilities, etc. It gave me a registration number for the puppy and even the microchip identification number which was ISO 10586. It showed that the seller (Lily Clara) had all of the paperwork that was needed. It then said that the process could not be carried out until you paid $160.00 for the flight Ticket and wooden crate for this dog. I had to pay the money to a Western Union Store. It said that they usually use banks account and credit cards to pay when booking flights 4 days ahead but if you want a flight on the same day, you pay directly via western union. Down further on the website was a note saying to "copy the names and address on a piece of paper  and make the payment using this information." The name was Mr. Gantar Divine, the country was Cameroon, and the city is in Yaounde. So I paid the money and it ended up being $170.50. I did not think much of the price difference because the seller told me $180 and the website said $160. After that we got a confirmation email and paid the money to Western Union, you had to send the agency the full sender's name and the money transfer control number (MTCN: a 10-digit #). Once they confirmed this payment they would get back to you with the flight information of the puppy (departure and arrival time). Then an hour or two later I get an email titled **********URGENT***********(ABOUT A CRATE) REFUNDABLE CARTE FEE URGENTLY NEEDED. They found that the sender did not give or provide them an electronic air conditional crate to use to transport the puppy. Here are the price listings:

1)LARGE SIZE CRATE: $1500.00

2)MEDIUM SIZE CRATE: $1000.00

3)SMALL SIZE CRATE: $700.00

The professional veterinary staff figured that since this puppy was very small that the small size crite which is $700.00 will be required. The money is full refunded back to you when the puppy arrives. So I emailed the seller (Lily) and told her that I could not afford that and that I felt like it was not my responsibility to pay this cost. I then received an email from Lily and said she could only put down $200.00 on the crate. Therefore, I was still supposed to be responsible for paying $500.00. Shortly after, a guy with a really strong accent called me and was trying to talk me into paying it as soon as possible. To make a long story short I did not pay anymore money. I actually went in the hole $170.50 and did not get anything in return. Please be careful. I had a bunch of pictures of both dogs that looked legit.
