I have been sold 1750 shares in 2004 @ $4 and 1000 shares @ $2 in 2006. Both via an agent for ICCR based in Amsterdam Holland
Is this Legal ? does it not break SEC or FSA regulations???

Consumer web forums in the UK have warned that I have been hit by a boiler room operation by a company with very litte market capitalisation and with its shares following all the trends of a boiler scam whereby s-registered stocks which cant be sold for 2 years are dumped and by the time they can be sold the stock is worthless!!

This is my predicament, a hard working grandfather trying to save a few pounds for his children/grand children seeing absolutely no return. This stock has whittled away to be virtually worthless currently $1.95/share!!! and falling

Trades are few and far between and I would like Mr Pryor to respond by either offering to buy back my shares @ my original $4 or describe how the market is ever going to recommend a "buy" option on his seemingly worthless, forever depreciating stock!

Why have no returns been placed/filed with the SEC why is the balance sheet of both companies so poor (as I understand it please correct me if I am wrong) and how is this company going to return value to me in the short term?
