This report to bring to light an old issue that took place some years ago and to further spread the word of homeless abuse. This is no way meant to cause anything to the church involved. It is meant simply to raise awareness.

This event took place in December 2017:

I am a homeless veteran trying to get my life in order. My rental assistance was cut in September even though I am not self sufficient and am working to get my degree. Im never going back on rental assistance just because of the circumstances I have been thrown into. I have been sleeping at the church here on and off for the last week or so because I have no other place to go. And it was one of the places I actually felt safe in compared to a shelter or my car.

Earlier tonight I was kicked out by their security guard claiming he didn't want to get fired for letting me sleep on the couch upstairs. And counter to what I was told by the church, said I was not welcomed to stay despite the fact that I asked them beforehand if I could and was told that I can. It was 11pm when this happened and it was also snowing. I have no money and am working with a local veterans group for help but haven't secured anything yet. Its not surprising to me that a church would pull such an antic when no one was looking. Historical records show that is what they are most known for. Just find the utter degradation of my person to be the most heinous thing out of all of this. Jebus H Christ.

The security guard who had wire in his hands that night wasnt just threatening to use it if I didnt leave-he was offering to "help me,” if I "needed it,” in regards to "other stuff.” Meaning-he was offering to help me hang myself or rape me if I didnt leave and if I "was curious.” You should really think twice before assuming its always the women or the homeless who are the true problem. They’re not-they’re unfortunately just the scapegoats and smorgasbords for all of it. Have a good day.

It should also be noted that the security guard that night that threw me out at 11pm in less than 20 degree weather also had wire in his hands that he was threatening to use if I didnt leave. He even followed me out of the building. People dont want this type of sh*t shared because they think people shouldnt talk about stuff like this and it only makes them look bad.

When its not speaking about it is what leads to idiots like this getting away with it and victims only further blamed and accountability and change going unrendered. As far as I am concerned, the more this sh*t goes on-the more its getting posted.
