My husband got a FAX while work, with a Continental Airlines logo at top, stating that it was a memo from the H.R. dept. about a limited time offer for vacations to Cancun, Mexican Riviera, Hawaii, etc..

We called the "Booking and Reservations" number and talked to Zack who was very convincing. We had some questions about the vacations and called the company again, this time talking to Josh. We ended up giving our credit card information and getting a confirmation number with the promise of a E-ticket sent to us.

After waiting a week for the E-ticket I emailed, info@vacationhelpdesk.info and did receive an E-ticket from Grace R (extnotify@gmail.com). So far everything looked okay. Last Thursday, Oct. 20, I called the Customer Service number, 888-226-8902, to book our hotel.

The International Destinations website features 4 and 5 star hotels in Mexico, the Caribbean, and Hawaii as being the vacations that they offer. When I called Customer Service to book the Four Seasons in Maui, one of 3 hotels offered in the Hawaiian islands, I was told that none of the featured hotels were available for reservations at this time.

I have contacted the hotels and none of them even do business with this company and state that this is a scam doing business under the names of International Destinations, Cancun Luxury Travel, Sunset Group, Best International Vacations, IRC, and Vacation Bookings.

I have found 3 different scam report websites with complaints about this company going back a couple of years. Do not get involved with these people and if you have gotten scammed contact your credit card company and your states attorney general office.
