International Development LLC Failed to respond to repeated calls regarding lighting warranry Roanoke Texas
After purchasing 6 Honeywell 4000 lumen led security wall pack lights from Sam's Club ($50 each), I had 1 retain water due to a heavy rain. After reading the instructions noting the lights are suitable for wall or eave mounting I have attempted to contact the above listed company to no avail. Their listed number is to a voicemail which stays full or if a message is left no one ever returns calls. I also contacted my extended warranty company (Square Trade who stated "Rain is not a normal use failure for an outside wall mounted exterior light". I haven't experienced a failure of any other lights but, I will not purchase any other products from this company.
