For information on this company when they were doing business in the USA, go to www.fcc.gov/eb/Orders/2006/FCC-06-140A1.html for the class-action suit by the FCC delivering a judgement against these charlatans.
The FCC needs to contact the Canadian authorities about these people. Do not return their fax, do not send them your name, but do complain about them.
