International Housewares IHI sold me a defective product Warwick Rhode Island

I bought a mud mat at the home show. Followed instructions before use per the instruction sheet. The mat is unraveling at two places and the backing has holes now. 

The representative I talked to this morning, Diane, said I have to return the mat at my own expense and include the receipt.

I should not have to pay to return this junk.
