Complaint Review: International Library of Poetry

This company should be ran out of business. However the internet is to broad, I do understand that. But more valid info. should be posted in various places. Not all americans have access to the internet. This company is also targeting people by mail.

My money is hard earned money for my family's well being and survival. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way this company can get away with that. I should have paid more attention to the mailing I received from them, etc.... phone number, address, city, and state. If there is anything you could do to help me retreive my $82.95 cent my family would greatly appreciated.

This payment was made on 3-21-02 and as of today 5-6-02 I have not received my book nor any other correspondance from this company. I have already entered two online contests. I am so displeased and upset you would not begin to understand.
