International Library Of Poetry ripoff fraudulent billing dishonest Owings & Garden City Maryland
I sent in my poem " Hero " . I was sent a letter stating I was a brillent writer and they wanted to publish my poem. I was sent a second letter stating they want to put my poem on a tape. I was billed for this and have never recived anything from them at all.
This is WRONG ! How could they do this. I am only 15 and I thought this was going to be something great. Now I may never send in another poem again in my life.
