Enter poem on internet site, called international library of poetry. We Then received a packet in the mail that snowy day (the poem) has been awarded our prestigios Editors choice award . The poem is also to be featured in Eternal Portaits.

I ordered this book for my teenage daughter who was very excited that her poem was to be published. With extreme difficulty I was force to tell her that her poem had been scamed.

The book her poem was to be published in costed me $49.95.I have called several times on several different occasions this # 1-410-356-2000 in attempt to contact customer service. You get a answering machine with choices Press 2 for customer service than put on hold and no one answers. Unfortunely for my daughter this is a greater loss than my money, for her hopes has been lost and that is not something that is easily replaced. For now I wish to get my money back; please help. thank you

Getting your money back

#2Consumer Suggestion

Unfortunately I too had submitted poetry to poetry.com,and ordered two books (Eternal Portraits Series).
I can only hope I'll get them.
On their web site it says (Eternal Portraits Series (scheduled to be released Summer 2004)

If you don't recieve your book(s) I would advise contacting your state's Attorney General.

Also you might want to contact the Federal Trade Commission.

I hope this helps.
