International Lottery Board S.L. Received 'Award Final Notification' of Lottery Win Madrid, Other
I received a letter via USPS that I had won a sum of money in a lottery in Spain. I checked with various people who told me it sounds like a scam. I logged on and found this group and see that the very same letter with the very same amount of 'winnings' has been sent out to people as far back as 2008. So, this company is still in business. People should be aware of this.

Why would you think you had won a lottery in Spain? If you had never entered or paid into a lottery than of course you haven't won.
