I recently received an official looking letter stating I had won a lottery prize in the Spanish lottery. I was 1 of 17 winners who each won 815,950.00 euros. It stated that I needed to contact the foreign operation manager Don Pablo Lucas and he would direct me further on the administrative requirements to enable the bank to release the funds to me or my bank. Instantly a little red light went on and I thought uh huh, now they want some money for processing fees. I hope no one is stupid enough to give them any bank info, or send them any money. I filled out their official looking claim form and sent it back to them just for fun, with the desire that they send me the certified check to me, not my bank. I haven't heard back from them yet and I am sure I won't. I would assume that if one had truly won a prize of that amount, you would receive a certified letter to begin with. If you have truly won something you would not have to send any money, they can just take their fee out of your winnings and send you the rest

My guess is that before I receive one dime from this wonderful windfall, I will probably have a better chance of seeing Elvis!.
