About a year ago, i came across IMG as one of the home-based business franchises. I was sent a brochure that was attractive and convincing. My initial contact was Dennis Koser who spoke to me at length trying to allay my fears and apprehensions. I was given a list of ten IMG affiliates ( supposed to be from all over the US; could not be confirmed because of "toll free" phone numbers.

Almost all of them spoke very highly of this business claiming that the average income varied from $3000-5000/month. The first brochure had a citation from " National Business Opportunity Bureau", articles from "The Group Dynamic" and a business card from Dennis Koser ( would he have left his fingerprints on the card?).

Like a fool I sent $7540 in a cashier's check and other useless papers. To my credit, I must say that my research about IMG at that time did not reveal any "rip off".

One Mike Sullivan gave me the training over the phone and he appeared to be prompt and sincere.I was not able to get any "buyers" but Mike was very encouraging.

Last month IMG and all the people that contacted me disappeared suddenly. My complaint to BBB/Colorado got me a reply saying "this company is out of business and we have no means of tracing individuals or firms" . They also sent me a list of legal sevices".

I do not know how to proceed from this point. If my wife comes to know about this, that will be the end of my life. I wonder how many more families IMG has wrecked so far. I need help, please

I spoke to a local attorney here. the odds of us getting any money back is slim to none, but what will it hurt ? Tell wife to look at this website...you need to tell her. you are not the only one ! but, my attorney told me to contact this robbevans.com. he should be ablt to tell us about a class action suit. i haven't had a chance to do it.
