Complaint Review: International Merchandising Group IMG

The International Merchandising Group (IMG) represented itself as a reputable on-line business. After much research and talking to friends and family, I purchased the business and became an IMG affiliate. I was given online training, received boxes of manuals, and assigned to a mentor so I felt good about my decision. I felt I was dealing with a good company. After I completed the online training, I was given a list of businesses to sell my services to but no one wanted to speak to me.

I contacted IMG for another list of names but never heard from the company again. My mentor and the individual who sold me on the business disappeared. I have been divasted by how heartless people could be. I went in search of a business because our respective companies downsized both my husband and me. I thought it was a good time to start a business of my own. IMG and the people involved in this scheme should be caught and made to pay for ripping me off.
