Complaint Review: International office Solutions

This guy will show you a machine in good condition at his house where he deals out of and then deliver a machine that does not even function correctly and is missing parts. He will then make every excuse to return and fix it but that never happens unless you threaten him. He sells you a service contract but ignores your calls or continously postpones his visit until you are left with no other alternatives but sites like this and to report him to consumer affairs, which by the way he does not have the required license and registration either for repairing appliances or selling service contracts. If he brings you toner, it is only because he thinks he will get more money out of you, but check the cartridges because they are probably used and only partially full. This guy is like a gypsy. You cannot believe anything he says and his word is worth nothing. If you do business with this guy, you are just asking to be took. avoid this ripoff artist at any cost.
