Please do not fall for their schemes and hard sale tactics. My husband and I own our own business and were approached by a salesman who said he got our names by a referral he could not disclose. He then said the person who gave the referral would contact us within 30 days if we went along with their program. He also claimed that all of the analysts from all over the country just had a seminar in Los Angeles so we could get their expertise to analyze our business over 2 days for a mere $900.

My husband told him no, so they said since the analysts had already been here in town he could reduce it to $300. We were also told we would be under no obligation to pay the $300 bill if we did not like their program. My husband agreed and an analyst showed up the very next morning. My husband inquired about where he was from and lo and behold he lived in our area. The salesman had lied about this so called seminar and analysts from out of town.

We let him proceed with his spill about the company, he looked at our businesses financials, asked us gruelling questions but could never say how much it was going to cost us. We finally found out after the end of the second day that it was $235 per hour per specialists that came to our company plus their airfare expenses and their hotel rooms plus $42 per diem per day.

I asked him how our little company could afford this and his response was they would set up payment arrangements. That we could write them a bad check or by credit cards due at the end of the week. This company has got to be stopped. The analyst would tell my husband that he needed to get me out of the business behind my back. Their reasons for this is because I am the one who controls all the money in our business and if I was out of the business then they would have complete access to our finances so they could bilk as much money out of us that they can. We almost fell for this and I know there are alot of unsuspecteing people and businesses out there that will fall for this too.

The final straw fell into place once we were handed this cheesy one page contract, that didn't protet us at all, and my husband said he would not sign this until he let our attorney read it first. The analyst grew very angry, grabbed the contract from my husbands hand and tore it up. My husband walked out of the office in total frustration. The analyst then had the nerve to ask me for the $300 which I refused to pay. This company is a total scam and we need to alert small businesses before they lose everything.
