IPA Sr. Business Analyst Charles F Detherage showed up at our door 12/22/03. Our boss had recently recieved a fax warning him about the bad business tactics and rip off scam about IPA. Once he learned of this he tried to call IPA back and cancel the appt.
The IPA reps REFUSED to cancel the appt. Charles shows up at our door anyhow today and when he is told that that boss will not meet with him because of the news that he heard about them from the police dept. he begins to swear and tell us that he travelled half way across the country to get here today. He arrived in the middle of the night at the airport. He tells everyone that he is from Arkansas, but when we look at his license plate, it shows he's from Illinois.
He continued his high pressure tactics on us trying to convince us that they are not the bad ones and (true quote from Charles) "some idiot doesn't know what they are talking about" by reporting them as being bad business for any company that gets sucked in by them. We finally got him out the door after listening to him swear about not being able to meet with the boss here.
Thank God we found out ahead of time that this company was full of it. Don't be lead astray by them - research any business who says they can work 'miracles' for your business!
