Holy Moly - am I ever glad that Rip Off Report and the internet exist!

Our company was approached and very nearly taken in by these shysters.

We had gone through "The phone call solicitation" and "the investigation to see if we really needed IPA" as well as "The Consultants Assistance" and had given these con artists post dated cheques for $47,000. Thankfully, after reading many complaints here and throughout the internet, I was able to stop payment on our cheques so IPA paid the nut on our "consultants" visit.

When I asked our "consultant" over the phone if he was aware of how many class action lawsuits (three that I know of) they had filed against their company or if he knew that 113 former female employees had filed a lawsuit for sexual harrassment, the fellow lapsed into consultant purgatory and was unable to speak.

I told the consultant that I was stopping payment on their cheques and was contacting the authorities. He had IPA's "lawyer" contact me and that fellow sent me a 10 lb box of materials and several DVD's to watch. I didn't have time to run my business before and now this clown thinks I have a few dozen hours to watch IPA cartoons! Hmmm.

After a letter to IPA from our lawyer, I have heard nothing else. The way I figured it, with all these lawsuits against them they can only defend against so many and we're waaaay up here in Canada where warm blooded lawyers fear to tread.

Gotcha IPA!
